Hello! My name is Esmeralda Tellez and I am a wrestler for the Reading High girl’s wrestling team. I am excited to announce that I qualified for the 2024 USA Wrestling Nationals to represent Pennsylvania. Additionally, this past wrestling season, I was a regional champion. I also placed 3rd at the first ever PIAA Girl’s Wrestling Individual Championships.

This event is in Fargo, North Dakota. Respectfully so, I am here to ask for any kind donations to help with the cost for this trip because I must come up with money for transportation, entry fees, uniforms, and food as well as any additional cost for training that happens behind the scenes leading up to the event.

Wrestling has already opened the door to many new opportunities for me. I love everything about this sport: the excitement, the stress, the wins, and the losses. It has become precious to me, and your help would be invaluable. I believe that participating in this event will be a significant opportunity for my future in wrestling, as well as a chance to proudly represent my school and community.
