Hello! My name is Eshan Naik, a Life Scout with Troop 1 Northborough, Massachusetts. For my Eagle Scout Project, I am building a bridge on the Mt. Pisgah trail system in Berlin, MA.

The section of trail off Linden Street has become a serious problem for hikers. Every time it rains, water floods this area, washing away the trail and forcing hikers to walk off-path. This not only makes hiking more difficult but also damages the surrounding environment as people trample through sensitive natural areas.

My project will solve this by constructing a sturdy wooden bridge over the flood-prone section. This bridge will preserve the surrounding nature by keeping hikers on the trail, improve accessibility and safety for hikers, families, and community members, and provide a lasting benefit to the community and future generations of outdoor enthusiasts.

To make this possible, I am raising funds for lumber, fasteners, and other construction materials. Every donation, big or small, will go directly toward purchasing the supplies needed to complete this project.

As part of my journey to Eagle Scout, this project represents not only my leadership and service but also my commitment to protecting the environment and giving back to the community that has given me so much.
