Aside from the destruction in Erricka Beattie's home and community caused by Hurricane Milton, she also lost her beautiful mother, Barbara Magdits and her son's service dog, Winter, during that time.

Erricka was the primary care giver for Barbara who was undergoing chemotherapy, and to her young son who has autism and other disabilities. The tornado that hit their home left them with a hole in their roof, destruction of the lanai and their vehicles, and they currently are without power.
