Support Erin's (Ebi-chan's) Recovery After Hit & Run

Hello Everyone,

I appreciate everyone taking a moment to visit and read this GoFundMe. I am here writing this on behalf of my dear friend, Erin (aka Ebi-chan). She was caught in a hit and run accident involving another driver who ran a red light near her home on the evening of 5/7/2025. She was rushed to the hospital in critical condition where she has been taken care of and going through numerous tests. She has been awaiting news of potential surgery regarding various injuries sustained during the hit and run. We still do not know how long she will be in the hospital and the extent of her recovery. It is unlikely she will be able to work for some time.

Any and all proceeds will go to paying off her hospital bills and day-to-day bills depending on how long she will be recovering and out of work.

Any amount you would be able to contribute would be greatly appreciated. And if you are unable to contribute at this time, even a share would mean so much to us.

Ebi-chan is like a little sister to me and is so loved by the Asaka family. Whether you know her personally or have known her through her amazing service at Asaka, you know how incredibly sweet and cheerful of a person she is. She brings joy to everyone around her. Ebi-chan is our little sunshine at the restaurant and we can't wait for her to be back.
