I am taking on a new challenge in October to help raise funds for Erin's Farm NFP to build a new barn. The purpose of this barn will not only provide shelter, food, and care for rescue animals, but it will also be a wonderful education facility for the community.

Erin's Farm believes that it is important for our next generation to witness, experience, and understand nature in all of its forms to ensure that we all will become better stewards for the future. This is a unique opportunity for the public to get the needed exposure and education about animals in our food and farm industry, as well as reptiles and other exotics found in nature.

Erin's Farm has not only welcomed adults and children from our local community but also from around the US. Inspired by Jane Goodall's foundation and message for peace, unity, and understanding, Erin's Farm strives to save lives, teach compassion, and expose us to all the world's sentient beings.

My challenge is to run and raise awareness of Erin's Farm mission in 4 half marathons during the month of October.
