My name is Phyllis Koch. I've established this GoFundMe page to raise funds for my young cousin, Erin Gay and her children. Erin's fiancé, Jake Levasseur, passed last week; now Erin has two young children to raise on her own - Henry, age 3, and Haley, age 14 months. Jake also has a 12 year old daughter, Adreanna.
