Erika is not only our friend but also our colleague, and she has always been someone who brings positivity and dedication to those around her. Recently, Erika experienced a severe reaction to medication, which led to blood clots forming in her leg. Despite the best efforts of her medical team and enduring six surgeries, Erika is now facing the life-changing reality of losing her left leg below the knee. This has been an incredibly difficult and emotional journey for her, and she is now preparing for a long road to recovery.

The funds raised through this campaign will go directly toward Erika’s mounting medical bills, the extensive rehabilitation she will need, and the mobility aids that will help her regain independence. Additionally, these funds will help cover her living expenses as she focuses on healing and adapting to her new circumstances.
