Today, May 20th, 2025, at about 5 pm, we received a call that they had found Erika’s body in a car in a canal with an unknown reason that led to her death. We currently don’t know the exact reason of death therefore don’t have a funeral date, but will update once it is figured out. This was very heartbreaking and unexpected to hear as she was a very cheerful, loving, and caring person who is leaving behind not only family and friends, but her 2 children, one being a 5-year-old little girl and an 8-year-old boy. As her 8 siblings and family grieve such a difficult time, we ask for help from our community, whether it be just sharing her story or it being a small donation. Anything and everything helps.
