Hi I'm Erika, an early 20s trans woman and I need money to renovate/repair my van so I can flee South Carolina and my abusive family after my birth certificate update was rejected.

Money will go towards new brakes/brake fluid, camping gear, insulation panels, my phone bill, canned foods, an electric lantern, and gas.

I can go into depth on all the ways my family has fucked me over since I came out 5 years ago, but Its "traumatic" and not safe for GFM pitches!

I want to help people, (and have helped people!) through activism, journalism, art, music, and direct mutual aid, but I need some support now to continue the work.
