As many of you know, I started a support group for single and struggling moms. One of my dear friends and a member of our group, Erika, has been recently diagnosed with intestinal cancer. This diagnosis has turned her world upside down, and like so many parents in her position, her biggest concern is not for herself - but her children.

Erika is facing a challenging road ahead that includes medical treatments, appointments, and recovery time. Along with the physical and emotional toll of cancer, she is now dealing with mounting expenses such as medical bills, transportation to treatments, household costs, and everyday necessities - at a time when working may not be possible.

As a single mom, Erika carries this burden alone. This GoFundMe is meant to ease some of that financial stress so she can focus on what matters most: her health and being there for her children.
