Eric was hit by a car while heading home from work on his motorcycle on Wednesday, February 5th. He was wearing a helmet which saved his life, however, Eric is in the trauma ICU and has extensive injuries. He has already undergone 3 surgeries to repair his pelvis, elbow, and to restore blood flow to his kidneys. The MRI showed he has experienced several strokes due to the damage to his carotid artery.

February 14th- Successful surgery to repair significant facial fractures and broken jaw.

February 19th - Eric was transferred to a long-term acute care facility in Phoenix for rehabilitation and ongoing medical treatment.
