Hi everyone, I’m reaching out on behalf of my brother Eric, who was recently involved in a serious motorcycle accident in Florida. While approaching a roundabout, a car with its high beams on blinded him, causing him to miss the median and crash. Eric suffered two breaks in his tibia and a major muscle tear in his right forearm. He’s already undergone one surgery to place an external fixator in his leg, and he’ll be facing another surgery soon to insert rods and pins once the swelling goes down. Despite the pain and uncertainty, Eric is staying strong and holding onto a positive spirit as he begins a long road to recovery.

Eric is a devoted husband to Maggie and a loving father to their 2-year-old daughter, Ezra. He’s always been passionate about cooking for his family and spending time with his beloved dogs. This accident has turned their world upside down. With all of Eric’s family living in Massachusetts, Maggie and her family in Florida have been his main support system. However, the financial strain is growing as Maggie manages everything on just one income while caring for Eric and Ezra.
