Hey everyone! If you don’t know me, my name is Lindsay and I’ve been taking care of Eric, getting him back and forth to all of his appointments, and making sure his meds get taken.

Our friend Eric has been through a lot these last few months. Starting back in October, he got sick. We thought he was getting better, and then he got sick again. Illnesses were starting to range from the flu to going into a coma in ICU needing a liver transplant. He ended up in a coma from December 28, 2025 - February 7, 2026. He lost 50 pounds, was diagnosed with sepsis, kidney failure, C-Diff, was intubated, had a tracheotomy, and developed an ulcer. He was treated so poorly at the hospital in Atlanta that he also developed an infection in his tailbone, which makes it hard to sit, walk, lay down, everything. The infection then spread to the bone, so it is even more crucial and painful now. Every day is a battle.

Eric has always been there for others, and now he needs us in return. He is obviously not able to work right now; the bills, however, do not stop. Medical bills have hit the millions and we just want to take any pressure and stress away that we can for now.

He is so appreciative of everyone checking on him, reaching out, and all of the thoughts and prayers. Please continue them as he has a long road ahead!
