Our buddy Eric needs some help right now. Recently, he had some medical issues come up that simply couldn’t be ignored.

Mid 2024, he knew something just wasn’t right. Even though he had seen a heart doctor before, he requested some additional testing but again knew something just wasn’t right. They did some blood flow testing and found some things that were concerning. Further tests revealed that he would require a stent to be put in. So, mid-August, he went for surgery and had the stent put in. Then, back on the road 3 days later. Not having “shareplan” insurance required 50% payment to even start the process. Credit cards maxed, bank account drained, and still had to borrow the rest of the money needed. Now it seems insurance is giving the typical round and round and it’s getting very tight. Not exactly what one needs after freaking heart surgery, right?

I’ve known Eric for a dozen years now and like many of us know, he’s a pretty awesome guy and a great friend to have. If you really know him well, you’ll know I had to beg him to let me do this. He’s just not the type to ask for a handout. He’d give before he’d ask. Sorry buddy, this one isn’t up to you!
