Hi. My name is Eric. I have Epilepsy, Severe Asthma, and Type-1 Diabetes. I am a Case Manager for a low-income mental health non-profit in Seattle, WA.

In the last few months, the seizures from my epilepsy have been increasing to the point where I haven't been able to make it into work more than twice a week. I am at the point where I am so in debt that I can't afford rent this month and am unable to afford basic necessities. I have been referred to a medical specialist to address whatever is causing this uptick in seizures, but the soonest I can see them will be October. Until then, I am constantly on the verge of losing my job and will soon be unable to pay my rent.
