During his service in the United States Air Force, he distinguished himself with courage and selflessness, and ensured the safety and accountability of his squadron, administered care to those in need, and played a crucial role in the recovery efforts after the khobar towers terrorist attack.

A Loving Father and Partner

Beyond his military service, Erich is a loving father to his children and a supportive partner to Melanie, who stands by his side through thick and thin. As a blue-collar worker, Erich has always worked tirelessly to provide for his family, instilling in his children the values of hard work, integrity, and compassion.

The Battle Against Cancer

Erich has been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer that has spread to his bones and spleen. Despite the severity, his doctors are hopeful. With aggressive treatment, there is a 75-80% chance of achieving remission within a year. Erich qualifies for a promising clinical trial at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, but the urgency of his condition means he cannot afford to wait for assistance programs that take months to process.
