Support Erica's Restorative Retreat in Grenada

This project is about sending our beloved r. erica doyle on a much-needed restorative retreat. The retreat will be held this December in one of her, as she likes to say: "ancestor places", Grenada. Run by people she knows and trusts, attending the Nourish Retreat has been a dream of Erica's that we can help bring to life.

Erica is a mother, partner, friend, mentor, award-winning writer, educator, and source of inspiration for so many. She has been working tirelessly raising a small child and running an entire school of young people and adults who rely on her without a break for years. Since becoming a high school principal in 2019, Erica has been unable to have time off due to staffing issues. In the time since she took on this taxing job, her child was born and she needed to have two surgeries. She needs and deserves this time for restoration and reflection.

The Nourish Retreat will offer her a chance to rest and reset. Participants will explore practices that support whole-being wellness including vinyasa & therapeutic yoga, the Great Yoga Wall™, meditation, breath work, art therapy, journaling, and connected conversation.

Erica is fed by spending time in nature. Grenada is not only beautiful but important and powerful for Erica as it is one of the places where her ancestors lived.
