Erica worked for me for about five years, and during that time, she became much more than just an employee—she became a dear friend. Erica is one of the kindest and most loving people I know, always putting others before herself. Over the past few years, she has faced more than her fair share of challenges, but nothing could have prepared her for the battle she is facing now. Erica was diagnosed with throat cancer, and despite her strength and determination, the cancer has spread to her lungs, kidneys, and throughout her body. She is now fighting for her life, and the road ahead is incredibly tough.
