Support Eric Johns' Road to Recovery

My name is Ruth Diepersloot, twin sister to Heather Johns and sister-in-law to Eric Johns. On Sunday, February 23rd, 2025, Eric was in a motorcycle accident and sustained multiple injuries, including broken bones in both his legs and his right wrist. We are so grateful that Eric is alive! Eric was transported by ambulance to a local hospital where he required surgery and a 5-day hospital stay. He is now home recovering but is unable to do many of his normal activities, including going to work. Although they have good insurance, Eric’s medical deductible is $7,800. They also have the extra expense of renting needed medical equipment.

Eric is a pastor at Monte Vista Chapel in Turlock and is beloved in both their church and in their community. The Johns family is receiving great support from so many people with meals and help around the house. This GoFundMe is to aid with the medical expenses as his full recovery is expected to take about 9 months.
