**Please Aid Eric Fernandez and His Family in Their Time of Need**

We come to you with a heartfelt plea to assist Eric Fernandez, a dedicated doctor who has selflessly given his life to care for others. Now, as he faces end-stage heart and renal failure, Eric can no longer work to provide for his family. In and out of hospitals and rehabilitation centers since January, Eric has been unable to return home to his loved ones.

Eric's wife, Jackie, shoulders an enormous burden. While working tirelessly to provide for her four children and manage their busy lives, she also spends countless hours caring for Eric, who has been moved to a number of facilities due to setbacks and increased level of care. This unexpected and challenging situation has left Jackie overwhelmed as she juggles the responsibilities of providing for her family, both emotionally and financially.

Although it is not in Jackie’s nature to ask for help, the strain on her is immense. As a community, please join us as we rally around this family to provide the support in their time of need. Any contribution - no matter the size - will make a significant difference in easing the financial burden of this beautiful family and will ensure that Jackie can continue to be there for Eric and their children.
