Hi my name is eric barnhart 48 yr old that has has some heart issues that are currently pulling ne out of working but still have to pay my monthly bills til I get everything figured out and am able to go back to work or get amon permanent disability depending on what the Dr's have to say so if anyone can help me out it will be greatly appreciated from anyone who can help me and my family get thru these hard times
