It is with broken hearts that we share the passing of our beloved Enrique Alvarez. Enrique was a son, brother, nephew, cousin, and friend who touched countless lives with his kindness, laughter, and love. His unexpected passing has left our family deeply heartbroken.

Enrique’s journey in the last few years was filled with unimaginable challenges, but also with his remarkable strength. In November 2022, in Cape Coral, FL, Enrique was struck by a car on his way to school. He fought through multiple brain surgeries in just six months, bravely holding on to life. He required a feeding tube and long-term rehabilitation care, spending over two years in a facility in Plantation, FL, where he continued to inspire everyone around him with his resilience.

Despite his courage and the endless love surrounding him, Enrique’s body grew tired. He tragically passed away from cardiac arrest, leaving our family devastated.

Now, in the midst of our grief, we are faced with the difficult reality of arranging funeral services to honor Enrique’s memory. We want to give him the farewell he deserves — one filled with dignity, love, and remembrance. Unfortunately, the costs of these services are more than our family can bear alone.

We are humbly asking for support from family, friends, and the community. Any contribution, big or small, will go directly toward covering funeral expenses, including the service, burial, and related costs.
