Many of you know and love Enrika, for those who don’t she’s has been an essential part of our Los Ojos family for the past 10 years. She’s more than a co-worker—she’s family. This past year has been incredibly tough for her, filled with serious health scares. What started as a heart attack—a terrifying experience—ended up being a life-saving moment. During follow-up visits, the doctors discovered she likely had breast cancer that had been undetected for some time.

Since then, Enrika has been courageously fighting this battle, and we’re grateful that her doctors are optimistic about her recovery. However, the road ahead will require her to take significant time off from work for treatment and recovery, and as we all know, life doesn’t pause—bills still come, and expenses add up.

That’s why we’re coming together as a community to support her. Please join us tomorrow at Los Ojos for a benefit dinner to raise money to help Enrika through this difficult time. Every dollar raised will go directly toward covering her medical bills and living expenses, giving her the time and space she needs to heal.
