Help Enid Heal and Stay Afloat During Recovery

My best friend, Enid, is facing one of the toughest battles of her life. After enduring so much already as a breast cancer survivor and someone living with Lupus who requires monthly transfusions, she now needs major surgery that will keep her out of work for at least six months, maybe more. During her recovery, Enid will also need to spend three months in rehab to fully heal. Despite being forced to apply for state disability, it barely covers her basic needs. She still has to pay rent, buy food, keep a roof over her son’s head, and cover medical expenses that her insurance doesn’t take care of. Enid has always been strong, resilient, and caring—but right now, she needs our help. Any contribution, no matter the amount, will go directly toward her living and medical expenses during this difficult time.
