The English Learning Center of Fort Dauphin, Madagascar, provides life-changing education to students in this coastal region.

Recently, a devastating cyclone severely damaged the center, leaving students without a safe space to learn. Our goal is to raise $10,000 to rebuild a well-equipped facility, ensuring continued access to vital English education.

Honoring the Legacy of Michael J. Christopher

This effort is being done in conjunction with the Michael J. Christopher Foundation and in honor of Michael J. Christopher, who tragically passed away recently. Mr. Christopher was a passionate supporter of The Fort Dauphin English Learning Center in Madagascar. He introduced many international scholars to support its mission. His dedication to the students was unwavering, and we want to continue his legacy by ensuring this school thrives.

Why This Matters

For over 10 years, the center—led by Mr. Fabrice—has provided high-quality, affordable English education, graduating over 1,000 students. In a country where French is the dominant language, learning English opens doors to:

✅ Careers in tourism and international business

✅ Greater economic opportunities

However, the current school building is in critical condition—with an incomplete roof, unsafe structures, and poor learning conditions. This was worsened with the advent of a serious cyclone that greatly damaged the already aging building. Without immediate support, many students will no longer be able to utilize the life changing opportunities that the English Center can provide them.
