My name is Ene, and I’m a self-taught baker and cook. As I approach my 40th birthday, I’ve been thinking deeply about the life I want to build. Cooking has been the thread through every chapter, from the way I nurture, create, connect, and make sense of the world. It’s the place where I feel most grounded and most myself.

My dream is to attend culinary school so I can refine my skills, expand my knowledge, and invest fully in the craft that brings me joy and purpose. But the financial cost of tuition has always been the barrier standing in the way.

So I’m choosing vulnerability and community, two things food has taught me the most about, and I’m asking for support.
