Hello, my name is Besima Colic. I am making this for my parents, who are going through a tough time right now. Whoever knows my dad, Enes Colic, knows the situation. He was in the ICU for a subdural hematoma, which is a blood collection between the brain and its outer protective covering (the dura mater). It's often caused by head injuries, where blood vessels, usually veins, rupture and bleed into this space. This blood buildup can compress the brain, leading to a range of symptoms and potentially serious complications. If my father hadn't gone to the hospital when he did, he wouldn't be here today with our family. My father had to have surgery, which put him in a position where he can't work until he heals. We would greatly appreciate any help at all - any help is a big help. Whoever knows my father knows he would be the first one to give a helping hand. My father has a big heart and is known for his big heart. He will be out of a job for a while until he gets done with all the doctor appointments. Anything helps to keep him from stressing about bills that he can't pay right now. He also doesn't have medical insurance, and we can't afford to pay for the upcoming doctor visits and medications. All the help we can get would be greatly appreciated. As many of you know, he's a truck driver and can't go back to work until the doctor okays it.
