I'm a working mom who just had baby #6. He is an unplanned little miracle, but we're very grateful. However, my plan for taking maternity leave has fallen through.

I am a new first responder, so I don't have the benefits of maternity leave from my job. The plan was to use my income tax refund to take leave, but the IRS has not issued my refund, and it's been 3 months since we filed. And now they are saying it could be another 3 months.

I am desperate to be able to stay home with my new baby and continue to heal, but bills need to get paid. And as you can imagine, with a big family, there is lots.

Anything is greatly appreciated along with shares. This is not something I normally would do, but like I said, I am desperate. Thank you so much for reading.
