Hi— Em here. I have finally secured a date for top surgery on June 11th! I am so incredibly excited and have been pursuing gender-affirming care for almost 5 years. As a nonbinary person from Kentucky, it has been difficult to find support from insurance to fund the surgery. Because of this, I am paying for everything out of pocket. All of the money raised here will go directly toward paying off my surgery and to recovery supplies.

I have lived with gender dysphoria for many years and this surgery has been something I have wanted for a long, long time.
