Hi, my name is Emrys, and I’m currently in recovery from an eating disorder—a journey that’s taught me strength, vulnerability, and resilience. Right now, I’m living out of my van participating in a virtual IOP treatment program as I work toward a healthier and more stable future.

Recovery is challenging on its own, but doing it without a safe space to call home adds an entirely different layer. I’m doing my best every day to heal mentally and physically, and I’m proud of how far I’ve come. My goal is to save enough money to either upgrade my van into a livable, safer space or finally move into a small apartment. Both options would give me the security I need to focus fully on healing.

Funds raised here will go directly toward:

• Reliable access to food and water

• Gas and basic vehicle maintenance

• Saving for a safer, more stable living situation

• Resources that support recovery and mental health
