Support Emma's Recovery and Future

On June 16th our much-loved Emma had a tragic accident and fell into a fire. She has 2nd and 3rd degree burns on 18% of her body. She was genuinely looking forward to this summer. She had big plans of nannying for three families, spending time with her family and friends, and enjoying summertime before she went off to the University of Michigan in the fall. Unfortunately now her summer will be spent letting her body heal.

She will be in the ICU for at least two weeks, once she’s released she will have a long recovery road of therapy and potential surgeries. The doctors are extremely hopeful that she will still be able to leave for school in August, but in the meantime, she will be unable to work.

Any money raised will be used for any uncovered medical expenses and to help Emma with bills and living expenses when she goes off to school. Emma has worked extremely hard to get to where she’s at and this accident shouldn’t define her future.
