I've never posted a GoFundMe before, but our sweet baby cousin Emma has been diagnosed with a very rare illness called Superior Mesenteric Artery Syndrome. She had a feeding tube put in today, and her body rejected it. She’s already had her gallbladder removed this summer and still has a lot of exams and procedures to go on the path to getting healthy again.
