Support Emma's Fight to Save Her Puppy

My name is Emma I’m trying to save this puppy she seems like she wants to live she try’s to move around she is eating and drinking still she still gives kisses her leg looks like it is dying we are having to try and change her gauze every 30 mins I can’t take her to the vet without some help I don’t have money like that so anything will help at this point we have tried everything even turning to the shelter surrendering her an than adopting it back she needs help and if the vet thinks she is in to much pain and she needs to be put to sleep I still have to pay for that I really want to save her please help with anything
