The shock of hearing my father’s diagnosis is the day everything changed. Hello friends and family, I’m writing this on behalf of my papa. 

Stage 4 cancer. Knowledge is power, so we are moving through this with transparency and will do our best to keep everyone informed through this entire process. 

We begin this chapter from a place of strength, love, and hope. My dad has always believed in facing life with courage, optimism, food, and laughter, and that same spirit is guiding us now. Though a diagnosis of stage 4 cancer has changed the path ahead, it has not changed who he is or the resilience that defines him.

He has spent his life supporting others through their own challenges by showing up, listening, and lifting people when they needed it most. Now, as he continues his journey through treatment, we are leaning into the power of community and the steady belief that no one walks this road alone.

We are deeply grateful for the love, prayers, and support of friends and family who have already reached out. Whether it’s a message, a shared meal, help with appointments, or simply holding us in your thoughts, every gesture means more than we can say.
