My name is Nate, my wife Emily has surgery Friday July 18th for a wedge fracture that she has had since end of April when she fell on our stairs in our home, due to the pain she was limited in work and also me, having to take unpaid time off even but most of all not able to work OT due to having to take care of our two kids ages 4 and 7 months, over the course of these months and due to the surgery, possibly now another month before either of us can get back to work like we need to, our savings is gone and paying basic bills has become a real issue for next month, anything will help and will just go toward bills such as our mortgage or car insurance or food for our kiddos, I normally wouldn't do this but I want one less worry with her recovery.
