I was recently diagnosed with Lupus, and it has completely changed my life. The diagnosis came as a shock, and soon after, I needed a biopsy of my kidney to better understand the extent of the disease. Since then, I’ve been experiencing a severe flare-up that has made it impossible for me to work. My husband and I have always tried to manage on our own, but the mounting medical bills and the cost of my biopsy have become overwhelming.
