My aunt Emily has been courageously battling stage 4 cancer since the spring of 2025. She is facing colon, lung, and brain cancer, and throughout this journey, she has shown incredible strength alongside her lifelong partner Marc of 42 years and her three sons. Emily is also surrounded by the love of her five grandchildren and a large circle of family and friends who are all rooting for her recovery.

Emily has already undergone chemotherapy and radiation treatments in Maine, but her fight is far from over. She has now been referred to Boston for additional radiation and, hopefully, participation in clinical trials. The road ahead is long and challenging, and the costs of travel, lodging, and ongoing medical care are growing every day. Despite these hardships, Emily and Marc remain hopeful and determined to keep moving forward.
