Emily Ann Castro is a 32-year-old GHS Chemistry teacher, a loving mother, a bride-to-be, and a dear friend who is now facing one of the hardest battles of her life.

In the middle of planning her wedding, she has been diagnosed with stage 1 invasive ductal carcinoma breast cancer and is currently unable to work while undergoing treatment. This diagnosis has brought not only emotional challenges but also the financial strain of medical bills, travel for treatments, and everyday living expenses. Going for treatments in Houston have added up. She has already made it through two surgeries; one for cancer removal and one for reconstructive surgery. More treatment is planned!
