Longtime coach and advocate for Acadia Fire FC, Emily Ellis, is leading the charge to conquer and defeat the 26 peaks of Acadia National Park in 26 days for a fundraiser for Acadia Fire FC. The goal is to hike to the top of all 26 peaks in 26 days and raise $26,000. She will be recruiting 26 AFFC players, coaches, families and friends to join her in hiking. Acadia Fire is a nonprofit travel premier soccer club that serves the needs of soccer players in Maine’s Downeast region of Hancock and Washington Counties ages 2 to 102. She and others will be sharing 26 reasons why Acadia Fire has become such an important part of their lives. The challenge begins on September 1, taking on the 26 Peak opponents!
