On Jan 29th, Emily Haynos lost her entire immediate family on that fateful AA 5342 flight. Her brother was part of the developmental figure skating camp in Wichita, and both their parents accompanied Cory, flying back together to DC.

As a 19-year-old college nursing sophomore, Emily will need funds to continue her education. Your support will not only enable her to finish school, but it will cover other immediate and unforeseen living expenses.

I coached Emily for many years when she was skating . I was also one of Cory’s 1st coaches. Both Emily and Cory were part of the Virginia Ice Theatre family and once you are a VIT family member you are family forever!
