This past weekend, Emily’s world was turned upside down when she received the devastating news no child should ever have to hear: her father was the victim of a serious hit-and-run accident in Los Angeles and is currently in a coma.

Without hesitation, Emily booked a flight to California , and now she is by her dad’s hospital bedside, giving him all her love, holding onto hope, and praying for a miracle.

While she is doing everything she can to be there for her father, the financial burden of these travel expenses, and time away from work is more than she can manage on her own to support herself and help her dad with expenses.
