Support Emily Gonzalez After the Loss of Her Mother

First and foremost, thank you to all those who have checked in, those who have contributed towards my tia Rosy's (Rosalva Romo) medical expenses as she received medical care abroad, and those who have prayed for the Romo family. It is with a heavy heart that we announce my tia's passing. She leaves behind her world, her 17-year-old daughter Emily.

While we as a family will ALWAYS look after Emily as my tia would have done without any hesitation, we have created this GoFundMe specifically for Emily because many of you have asked to help with monetary funds. While no monetary value will replace the void left by her mom's passing it will be one less thing for her to worry about. Our goal is to give Emily as much normalcy as possible, for her not to feel as though she has to grow up faster, and for her to never feel alone. My tia was a selfless, kind and hard-working single mother who has raised a wonderful young lady and now we will continue to help look after her. While we thank those who loved my tia Rosy so much that you are willing to help her daughter, more than anything we appreciate your prayers as we have lost my grandmother and tia in less than a two-week time frame. This is an extremely hard time for my cousin and all the prayers are appreciated.

En primero quiero dar las gracias a todas las personas que han llamado o mandado mensaje, que nos han apoyado con ayuda monetaria en los gastos médicos que se acumularon en México de mi tia Rosalva Romo (mejor conocida como Rosy), y todos que han orado por nuestra familia. Con el corazón roto comparto que mi tia Rosy falleció. Deja a la persona que más amaba, su hija Emily de solo 17 años.

Nosotros como familia siempre estaremos al lado de Emily para todo lo que necesite y para que nunca se sienta sola. Es algo que yo sé que mi tia haría sin pensarlo dos veces, pero sé que muchos han preguntado cómo pueden contribuir para ayudar ha Emily. Estos fondos serán solo para el uso de Emily. Aunque el dinero ni nada material le llenen el vacío de la perdida de su mama, esperemos que estos fundos le ayuden ha salir adelante en el futuro. Mi tía era una tía maravillosa y como mama aun era mas maravillosa y admirable. Hiso todo para darle la mejor vida ha Emily y ahora nos toca a nosotros de la familia Romo. Agradecemos todos los que están despuestos ayudar a mi prima con fondos monetarios, pero mas que nada agradecemos las oraciones en estos tiempos para salir adelante con la ayuda de Dios.
