Hello, my name is Emilio Welch and I am a senior year cinema student at San Francisco State University. This fall semester, I am filming a short uncanny drama for my thesis film class. The past three years of obtaining my college degree have been leading up to this very production. All the classes and few short films I have made in the past have been preparing me to make this meaningful movie. With your help, this film will be the beginning of my career!

My short film is called "Under Her Skin"; it explores the misogyny in the medical field based on my own personal experiences. Funding for this film will help me get props, costumes, feed my crew for the 4-day shoot, and help me submit to film festivals. This is the biggest film I have made yet, and I plan to add this to my portfolio as well as use it to apply for my master's in film.

All donators will get a personal link to my film once it is completed in the beginning of December and will be invited to the screening of my film at the "The Great Star Theater" in Chinatown, San Francisco. Any amount would be greatly appreciated.
