In March 2026, I received the life-changing news that I was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer. It all started when I found a tumor on my breast. At first, it was classified as stage 2, but unfortunately, it progressed to stage 3. I had to undergo surgery to remove the tumor and lymph nodes for biopsy, and now I am in the midst of chemotherapy, which will last for five months. I have completed my first round and am preparing for the second. This journey has been incredibly challenging, both physically and emotionally, as I work to stay strong for myself and my family.
The financial strain of treatment has made it difficult to afford the essentials I need to support my recovery. These funds will help me access organic foods and fluids that are vital for my health, pay bills that have piled up, and provide for my three boys. I also need to purchase important items like masks and socks to stay comfortable and safe during treatment. Your support will allow me to focus on healing and caring for my family, especially my youngest son, who is just 8 years old.
I want to say thank you to my family, friends, and even strangers who are taking the time to help and support me on this journey. I am truly asking for help and prayers—your encouragement means so much to me right now. May the Lord bless every single person who supports me. I look forward to healing and being with my boys. Thank you to everyone for your understanding and kindness during this time.
