Dear friends, family, and kind-hearted strangers,

We created this fundraiser on behalf of my sister-in-law, Lili, her husband, and their beautiful little family. They are facing unexpected challenges and need our support during this difficult time.

Earlier this week, their 3-year-old boy, Emiliano Ojeda-Delgado, was taken to the ER after experiencing severe abdominal pain. Within a few hours, their world was turned upside down. They were transported to UC Davis Children’s Hospital and later learned that their 3-year-old boy was diagnosed with Lymphoma, a type of blood cancer. Little Emiliano remains at UC Davis Children's Hospital, under constant observation, as he awaits a treatment plan.

As you can imagine, the next few months, possibly years, will bring countless unexpected expenses—travel, meals, lost income, and so much more that no family should ever have to worry about while fighting for their child’s life and helping them through recovery. Our goal is to relieve some of their financial and emotional burden so they can focus on providing Emiliano, along with their two daughters, the love and support they’ll need during this challenging medical journey.
