Support Ema Carter's Educational Journey to Greece

Ohio University GCP Greece Trip, Summer 2025

Hello everyone!

My name is Ema Carter, I am the daughter of Steven and Jessica Carter. Out of 25 seats and over a thousand applications, I have been nominated for a trip this year, through the GCP program at Ohio University. This trip will take place this coming summer, 2025, where I will get to spend 3 weeks traveling the beautiful Greek islands and making memories I have always dreamed of having. Being nominated for this trip alone is so exciting, but actually going on it would be even more. My GCP trip will additionally count as my internship through the College of Business, which will enhance my resume for future employers. It is something I want, and will do anything to achieve.

As you can see, this trip is not cheap and is in fact very expensive. My family needs help with the overall cost of the trip. I have applied to scholarships but will not find out if I have been accepted for them until March. As the trip will take place in May, that does not give us enough time to make a financial decision as big as this one. That is why I decided to create this GoFundMe. Even a little donation will help with the overall expenses. Please help me achieve this huge goal of mine!
