Hi, my name is Elvira, and I am reaching out during one of the most challenging periods of my life.

On December 25, I underwent a kidney transplant — a life-saving surgery that gave me a second chance at life. After years of kidney failure and serious health complications, this transplant was my hope to live, recover, and move forward. I am deeply grateful to the donor and the medical team who made this possible.

However, recovery after a transplant is a long and complex process. I have faced postoperative complications, repeated hospital visits, procedures to manage fluid buildup, and ongoing medical monitoring. I must take lifelong immunosuppressive medications and attend frequent follow-up appointments to ensure my transplanted kidney continues to function properly.

During this recovery period, I am unable to work. Medical bills, medications, transportation to appointments, and basic living expenses have created a heavy financial burden at a time when my focus needs to be on healing and staying healthy.

I am asking for support to help cover:
