This is 15-year-old Elvin. He was born with gastroschisis and sickle cell. His first stroke was at age 3. He has had gastrointestinal surgeries, 5 brain surgeries, and the doctors say they don't expect him to live to see 18.

Currently, he has to get admitted to the state hospital once a month for 3 days and put in a medically induced coma to get his heart medicine due to heart failure. Also, he receives blood transfusions to keep him from having strokes.

His mother has 4 other children and is in desperate need of financial assistance. Please find it in your heart to help Elvin and his family.
