On November 12, 2025, my daughter and I were at the ranch, and I was riding our horse, Boots. As I was dismounting, my horse got spooked and took off with my left foot still in the stirrup. I was thrown off and landed on my back. My friends at the ranch called 911, and I was taken to the hospital. I fractured my back in 8 places. The exact term is a spinous process fracture of my spine T2-T10. The recovery will be long, painful, and hard, followed by physical therapy when I am strong enough.

At this time I need help getting up and laying down, showers, feeding, changing etc!

I own my own housekeeping business and due to my injury, I am not able to work for some time. I work hard and provide for my family, so this is hard for me to ask, but I know I’m gonna need some help financially.
