Elvia Cruz and her loving family from Mexico Lost their dear husband, father and provider, J. Asuncion Quezada Catalan after his fight for his life in the hospital.

While home, Asuncion had a sudden hemorrhagic stroke, an emergency condition in which a ruptured blood vessel causes bleeding inside the brain. After being rushed to the hospital, Asuncion fell into a coma. After days of guidance from medical professionals and many prayers of hope from his wife Elvia and children Julie, Kelly and David, his family made the difficult decision to let him transition and pass to the arms of our heavenly Lord.

As many of you know, this is an extremely loving, hard-working family that take pride in always helping others and their work. Now with hardly no insurance they are left with extremely high medical bills and funeral expenses that they don’t have the means to cover.

Elvia and Asuncion came to this country from Mexico to provide a better life for their children and help others where they can. Elvia has taken care of many seniors in need, including my mother till her death and now cares for my father. She is a hard working and giving soul who took pride in her family and raised three beautiful children. If you know Elvia and Asuncion’s children David, Julie and Kelly, they are good people who love their parents deeply, work hard and do what they can to better themselves and take care of others.
